Lower Elementary April 5-10
What does agility mean? And why is it important?
Agility is
The ability to move quickly and easily.
When do you ever need agility? How about in sports? Or at recess? Being agile means that you can move quickly, that you can turn and stop and change directions without tripping. That's really important when you're trying to play fun games like dodge ball or soccer and even when you're trying to dance with Ms. Chassie!
I have 3 different videos that take you through your lesson on agility. They include agility drills with a ladder, moving objects from one space to another and playing a foot game with a partner! Make sure you watch the videos in order and that you start with your meditation, of course!
Supplies needed for this lesson are:
Chalk
10 objects (markers, balls, etc)
A partner
