Well I'll tell you.
I got locked out of my house!
Have you ever gotten locked out of your house? Or have you ever had to get to something that was up high, or stuck somewhere? Sometimes we have to get creative in order to get or do what we need to. I can think of so many times when I got locked out of the house, or something was stuck in a tree, or when something fell into water or went over the fence; there are so many times when I have to move in crazy ways to get what I need!
Make sure to do your meditation
For your meditation today, I want you to think of all the crazy ways you CAN move your body, and also crazy new ways that you might WANT to move your body. Maybe you picture yourself running and jumping from building to building like Batman, or swinging from vine to vine like Tarzan, or flipping and doing cartwheels like a gymnast! There are so many cool ways to move your body, so listen to your meditation music and imagine that you can DO IT ALL.

Were you running from bad guys?
Were you performing your best gymnastic and dance moves?
Were you trying to get back into your house after getting locked out like me?
No matter what you imagined, I'm sure it wasn't easy to do. Do you know how much gymnasts have to train in order to flip and cartwheel around like they do? Do you know how much ninjas have to train in order to be super fast and silent? Or even how much the American Ninja Warriors have to train to get through that obstacle course? They have to train a lot!

There are many videos for you, so you can do them all at once, or do them over the course of a week, or even multiple times a week. But make sure to do them all so you stay strong and fast!
